Folding bellows to seal annular gap, especially on rotating joint

The folding bellows has folding units (20) which each have two annular flanks (21,22) which are connected to one another by outer annular folds (23). The units are connected to each other by inner annular folds (24), and have internal annular reinforcing ribs (27). The ribs are integrated onto the flanks (21,22), at a distance from the inner and outer folds. When the bellows has folding units with different diameters, an annular reinforcing rib may be arranged on at least the unit which has the largest diameter.
