A machining apparatus of metal parts having a holder which parts are fixed in its upper end and its machining surface is exposed to outside; a parts loading section which a number of said holders are vertically laminated and are inserted to vertical rail; a disk which plural fixing grooves are formed in constant interval on its circumferential surface and is mounted to a shaft to be rotated; a parts moving section moving the holder of said parts loading section toward said disk; a parts fixing section fixing the holder of the parts which are disposed between said fixing grooves by using press plate; a disk rotating section rotating the disk by pushing a driving pin formed in the other surface of said disk to be corresponded to said respective parts fixing part with the lever moved by cylinder; a disk stopping section restricting rotation angle by stopping one driving pin with a stopping rod entered to the cylinder; a disk fixing section fixing said disk by inserting a pin into respective fixing groove of said disk; and a parts separating section separating parts by releasing press force of said press plate is disclosed. Thereby, parts can be exactly machined by machining tool mounted on respective section and can be continuously machined because they are automatically separated after the machining is completed.
