This invention is about the preserving apparatus of fresh flower for keeping flower fresh in a preserving chamber as long as possible by controlling the temperature of the preserving chamber at 2-8 deg.C. The apparatus is composed of a temperature detecting division(10), the control division(30) for controlling to keep the preserving chamber at a constant temperature with the output signal from the temperature detecting division(10) and an external temperature, the display division(20) for displaying the temperature of the preserving chamber, the cooling division(50) for cooling the preserving chamber when the temperature of the preserving chamber rises over 15 deg.C, the heating division(40) for heating the preserving chamber when the temperature of the preserving chamber falls below 2 deg.C.
