PURPOSE:To obtain favorable wear-resistant rubberized fabric by a structure wherein rubber, which is prepared by adding zinc methacrylate to ethylenically- unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene-based highly saturated rubber having favorable wear resistance, is applied through adhesive layer onto wear-resistant base fabric. CONSTITUTION:Rubber layer, which has the thickness of 0.1mm or more and is prepared by peroxide-vulcanizing compound containing 10-100 pts.wt. of zinc methacrylate having the molar ratio of methacrylic acid to zinc of 1/0.5-1/3 to 100 pts.wt. of ethylenically-unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene-based highly saturated rubber having the content of conjugated diene of 30wt.% of less, is laminated through adhesive layer having the spread of 10-80g/m<2> on wear- resistant base fabric in continuous form. As the base fabric of the wear-resistant rubberized fabric, natural fabric, synthetic fiber such as nylon, aramid or the like can be used. As the adhesive, any adhesive, which can bond the base fabric and the rubber layer to each other, will basically do and typically ethylenically- unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene-based highly saturated rubber added with active isocyanate can be used. |
