PURPOSE:To independently set the respective amplitude frequency characteristic and the phase frequency characteristic of a signal to be inputted in a short time with a simple constitution by returning the sampled frequency of the output signal of respective transversal filters to an original sampled frequency, adding and outputting these signals. CONSTITUTION:A desired amplitude frequency characteristic is set by an amplitude input means 11, this is directly sent to a transfer function arithmetic means 14 and an output from a phase input means 12 is sent through a phase operating means 13 to the means 14. In the means 14, the amplitude of the frequency range of 0-2pi and a phase frequency characteristic are used, the transfer function of an amplitude transferable to a low frequency and a phase is calculated, this is reverse-Fouriertransformed with a reverse-Fourier-transforming means 15 and plural transversal coefficients are obtained. After that, this coefficient is respectively given to plural filters 17 and an input signal from an input means 18 is passed through a band passing through filter 24, a sampled frequency converting means 25 and the filter 17 and outputted from an output means 19. |
