PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive member for grinder, having excellent wear resistance and fine wear powder. CONSTITUTION:An alumina raw material having >=99.9wt.% alumina content and <=0.5mum average crystal size is ground, dispersed, molded and burnt to give a member made of alumina for grinder, having >=99.9wt.% alumina content, <=2.5mum average particle size of alumina crystal and >=98% relative density. |
