Semiconductor structure for resistive networks

The semiconductor structure is for creating resistor networks, especially chain conductor arrangements. The structure has resistor sections made of semiconductor material and metallic contact sites. A continuous resistor section of semiconductor material is provided as the main branch (2). First metallic contact sites (5) are arranged along the main branch according to the desired resistance divider ratio, to form corresponding series resistors. The contact sites are electrically connected to the lengthways side of the main branch.
