PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of user and the operability of GUT at the time of scroll by increasing/decreasing the display coordinate value of area designated by an operator on a screen before the start of scroll corresponding to the scrolling amount of picture. SOLUTION: A group ID for grouping is added onto a table for managing objects 104-111 on a screen 100 by the GUI. That group ID is managed by a symbol group table and corresponding to its state, the objects 104-111 are 'fixed' or 'displayed' on the screen 100. Besides, symbols 116 and 118 are added to the grouped objects 104-111 and managed by the symbol group table. Concerning the objects to which the symbols 116 and 118 are added for fixing the objects 104-111 on the screen 100, their places are not changed even when any event such as scroll is generated to change the positions on the screen.
