<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively display the function of a thermoplastic resin sheet by a functional property imparting agent while keeping a favorable bonding property by embedding the functional property imparting agent in the recessed parts of an uneven pattern which is formed on the surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet. SOLUTION: A functional property imparting agent is embedded in the recessed parts of an uneven pattern which is formed on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet. As the depth of the recessed part of the uneven pattern, normally, approx. 10-40μm is suitable for a sheet of which the thickness is, e.g. about 100μm. As a method to apply the uneven pattern, there is an embossing method by a normal heat-pressing embossing roll. The functional property imparting agent is an agent which develops various kinds of functions by being coated or spread on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet having an uneven pattern on the surface, and e.g. light accumulating agent, fluorescent, ultraviolet absorber, antistatic agent, deodorant, antibacterial agent/ bactericide, antifoulant, and anticeptic agent, etc., can be counted. In order to fix the functional agent more favorably on the sheet surface, the functional property imparting agent may be prevented from being removed by providing a film layer on the sheet surface.</p> |
