<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an additional value by mounting an inexpensive amuse ment function without necessitating complicated arithmetic processing, etc., in an electronic appliance such as an electronic notebook. SOLUTION: When voicing the name of a use, e.g. along with instructing the start and the stop of the clocking of time data T at a timer register 15c within RAM 15 by operating the 'REC' key 12c of a key input part 12, the sound volume of a speech signal and sound pitch data inputted from a microphone 18 are stored in a sound volume register 15d and a sound pitch register 15e. Then corresponding to time data T and sound volume and sound pitch data, a message specifying number stored in message RAM 16 is selected and one of message addresses, which is shifted by the part of one-message data each time of updating a date to be stored in a present date and time register 15b, is specified. Then corresponding fortune-telling message data is read from a message memory 13a within ROM 13 and displayed on a liquid crystal display part 20.</p> |
