PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove adhered steep powder during the rotation to prevent it from being accumulated by providing a belt-adhered matter scraping means, a belt-adhered matter exhausting means, and a magnet pulley-adhered matter scraping means. SOLUTION: A magnet pulley 4 is driven by a motor, and rotated while sucking a steel belt 3. Also its rotating surface is scraped with a knife 6 so as to always remove attracted steel powder. Then scraped oil content is exhausted to the outside of a device through a duct 1. In addition, mainly the steel powder adhered to the outside of the magnet pulley 4 is scraped with a knife 8, and the steel powder scraped with the knife 8 is exhausted to the outside of the device through a duct 9. |
