PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulator using a phase shift fixed loop which has an improved linearity over a comparatively wide frequency fluctuation range of an input signal in the order of±10% of a signal center frequency. SOLUTION: In order to linearize a frequency fluctuation of a local oscillator 11 by the action of a control signal Vb, a fluctuation capacitance Cv is realized by an electric module 20. The electric module 20 provides an equivalent of the capacitance Cv providing a fluctuation as a result of a control voltage Vb to be a linear fluctuation. The linear fluctuation is decided to compensate the linear fluctuation of the frequency of the oscillator 11 as an action of the capacitance Cv.
