A circuit of mixing two digital audio signals having different sampling frequencies to generate an analog signal includes a first serial-parallel converter for converting first mode serial digital audio data into first parallel data, synchronizing with a first bit clock, a second serial-parallel converter for converting second mode serial digital audio data into second parallel data, synchronizing with a second bit clock, first and second latches for making the second parallel data, which is continuously varied, into stable parallel data for one channel period, dividing it into third data for the left channel and fourth data for the right channel and temporarily storing them, a first selector for selectively outputting one of the third data and fourth data as fifth data in response to a signal which indicates whether the first parallel data is the left or right channels, to allow data in the same channel to be mixed, an adder for adding the first data to the fifth data to generate sixth parallel data, and a parallel-serial converter for converting the sixth parallel data into serial data, synchronizing with the fist bit clock.
