DEINKING AGENT CONTAINING POLYFUNCTIONAL POLYMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deinking agent suitable for high-grade paper by using a polyfunctional polymer having anionic groups and both hydrophilic and hydrophobic segments. SOLUTION: This deinking agent for recycling waste paper is obtained by using a polyfunctional polymer represented by formula I R1 is H, a 2-8C alkyl or represented by formula II; R2 is a 1-12C alkyl or represented by formula II; R3 is II or a 1-22C alkyl or alkylphenol; R4 is H or a 1-4C alkyl; A is CH2 CH2 O; B is represented by formula III (R5 is a 1-4C alkyl or phenyl; W and Y are each independently H or a 1-4C alkyl; Z is represented by formula IV (M<+> is ammonium or an alkali metal), SO3 <-> M<+> (M<+> is same as that described above), formula V [M<+> is same as that described above; R<6> is a 1-4C alkyl; (x) is an integer of at least 1] or formula VI (M<+> is same as that described above); (a) and (b) are each independently a positive integer of at least 1; (n) is a positive integer of 10-100; (m) is a positive integer of 0-50}.
