<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute brazing of an aluminum tube joint by a simple method inexpensively by composing of two layer clad of a shell alloy at the outside and a brazing alloy at the inside, removing the coatings of the outer shell alloy near both end parts, butting, heating and brazing. SOLUTION: The aluminum tube joint butting thin aluminum tubes 8, 9, is composed of two layer clad of the shell alloy at the outside and the brazing alloy at the inside, and the coatings of the outer shell alloys near both ends are removed. Then, the tubes 8, 9 are butted through a socket 12 and heated with the torch of a gas burner by using non-corrosive flux and brazed. By this method, the sound joint is simply obtd.</p> |
