PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which can maintain in good balance over a long period hydroplaning performance and noise performance. SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire, a longitudinal groove 9, extended in the tire peripheral direction in both sides of a tire equator C further with a groove width 1.3% or more 10% or less a tire sectional width W, is provided in a tread surface 2A. In the longitudinal groove 9, an inner groove wall 9i of a tire equator side extended to the tread surface from a groove bottom side and an outer groove wall 9o of a tread end side are both tilted in the same direction to the tire axial direction outside, also the outer groove wall 9o is crossed at a 120 deg. or more further 145 deg. or less angleθ1 with a tread surface contour line V of a tire meridian section, further an angleθ2 of the inner groove wall 9i crossed with the tread surface contour line V is set to (θ1-20 deg.) or more further (θ1+20 deg.) or less. |
