PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process various sheet materials with a high-precision and simplify the constitution thereof. SOLUTION: A processing device for a sheet material comprises a die 20 on which a sheet material 16 is placed and which is arranged on a bottom mould 12 movably in the direction of an arrow mark B and has all patterns 18 necessary to processing of the sheet material 16; a punch 22 placed on a top mould 14 and having the number of punching parts which is set to a value enough to allow processing of the all patterns of the sheet material 16 the given number of times; and a conveying mechanism 24 to horizontally move the die 20 each time processing is applied on the sheet material 16 through coordination of the die 20 and the punch 22 and arrange the subsequent position of the sheet material 16 in correspondence to the punch 22.
