PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the above new active substance as an antimicrobial compound existing in a culture product of a strain belonging to the genus Dasyscypella, useful as a preventive and a therapeutic agent for bacteriosis, etc. SOLUTION: F-12436A of formula I, F-12436B of formula II, F-12426C of formula III, their salts and compounds in which their carboxyl groups are protected. These active substances are obtained from a culture product of Dasyscypella nivea SANK 26995 strain (FERM BP-5323), as a fungus belonging to the genus Dasyscypella, capable of producing F-12436A, F-12436B and/or F-12426C. |
