PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a snow mobile sheet cushion material high in rate of periodic damping, capable of giving a good ride, and excellent in low-temp. properties by using components having respective specific compositions. SOLUTION: An org. polyisccyanate component in the form of a prepolymer prepd. from 50-80wt.% diphenylmethane diisocyanate contg. 5-70wt.% 2,4'-isomer, 10-35wt.% polymethylenepolyphenyl polyiscoyanate, and 10-40wt.% polyoxyalkylene polyol; and a polyol component comprising a polyether polyol having an oxyethylene content of 10 to 25wt.%, a polymer particle dispersion polyol having a polymer particle content of 5 to 45wt.%, a poly(oxyethylene/ oxypropylene) polyol having an oxyethylene content of 60 to 90wt.%, a diamine compd. having a sec. amine moiety as a chain extender, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer, a foaming agent, and water are cast into a mold, and then foamed. |
