PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ceramic granurates from being retained in a water tank and to prevent pump efficiency from decreasing by increase in suction resistance caused by retention of the ceramic granulates on a suction hole. SOLUTION: Ejection hole arranging parts 30L and 30R are formed on a part between the outer peripheral part and the central part in the width direction in the bottom part 24 of a water tank and a number of ejection holes 28 are formed there. In addition, the outer peripheral part and the central part in the width direction are made to be inclined parts 32 and 34 inclined downward toward the ejection holes 28. In addition, a suction hole 36 is formed at a higher position than the ejection holes 28 and the part around the suction hole 36 is made to be an inclined part 34 being inclined toward the ejection holes 28.
