<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the above ink that has excellent jet stability, adhesion to metals and rust prevention of metal printer parts by adding a specific carboxylic acid to an ink which contains a colorant, binder resin and organic solvent. SOLUTION: This jet printer ink is obtained by incorporating a jet printer ink which contains (A) a colorant, (B) a binder resin, and (C) an organic solvent, with (D) a carboxylic acid having a benzothiazole ring (e.g. 2- benzothiazolethioacetic acid, 2-benzothiazolethiopropionic acid, 2- benzothiazolethiosuccinic acid) preferably in quantity of 0.2-25wt.% based on the solid content of the ink, and further, if necessary, (E) an additive selected from plasticizers soluble in component C, electroconductivity-imparting agents soluble in component C, pigment dispersants and a stabilizers for component B.</p> |
