Ice making device for refrigerator

The ice making device has a motor (51) located below an ice-making container, generating a rotation for turning the ice-making container. The rotating motion is transmitted via a reduction gear arrangement (55) and a cam actuator (60). The ice-making container is located in the freezer compartment and produces ice-cubes that drop in an ice-reservoir. The ice-making mode is controlled by a horizontal switch (70), which is switched on or off, by the rotation of the cam actuator. The device has an ice-level detecting lever (80), whose position is determined by the quantity of the ice-cubes in the reservoir. The quantity of the ice-cubes in the reservoir is monitored by an ice-level detecting switch (75), through the position of the cam actuator.
