A tie for mounting one or more elongate elements, comprises a body portion (2) having resilient wing means (7), an elongate band portion 96) extending from a face of said body portion, a strut portion (3) extending from said body portion oppositely of said band portion and having resilient leg means projecting therefrom, and a wall portion 94, 30) provided on said strut portion. The leg means are cooperable with said wing means for gripping around an aperture in use of the tie. The body portion and wall portion are provided with a respective through-hole (8, 12) which through-holes are substantially aligned, and band portion is insertable, in use, successively through said through-holes (8, 12) to define a loop to enclose one or more elongate elements. The band portion has a latching portion (13) adapted for cooperably engaging respective projection means (9, 31) of said body and wall portions whereby said loop is securely held.
