PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make code communications with amplitude modulation between a burglar prevention device and an electromagnetic connection transponder and to accomplish surely and accurately code writing processing to the transponder in the burglar prevention device capable of operating a car, etc., when the code to be transferred is valid. SOLUTION: When at least a code is written to a transponder 2 mounted on a key 1, and when a shift-lever is usually not in a parking position, the switching of IG-ON of a key switch to OFF is mechanically prohibited to forcedly drive a key interlock solenoid 33 locking so that the key 1 is not drawn out from a key cylinder 3. The key interlock solenoid 33 is driven through a controlling circuit 6 for recognizing write time of the code mentioned above. By the constitution, the inconvenience of drawing the key 1 while code writing is in progress is prevented.
