PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy requirement for a low power consumption. SOLUTION: This video control device is provided with a first and a second driver groups 711 and 721 which are used for driving a liquid crystal panel 100 provided with multiple horizontal picture element lines, each of which consists of a line of multiple display picture elements, and which are arranged so as to divide the multiple display picture elements into the first and second groups, and which drives each of them, and is provided with a driving circuit board 400 to output picture element data assigned to the multiple display picture elements during each horizontal scanning period and to make the driver groups 711 and 721 drive the multiple display picture elements correspondingly to these picture element data. The driving circuit board 400 includes a gate array control part G/A which is connected with the driver groups 711 and 721 by a first and a second connection wiring LDL (R) and LDR(R) which are electrically separated from each other, and which distributes the picture element data assigned to the picture display elements of each group to the corresponding driver group via corresponding one of the connection wiring LDL(R) and LDR(R). |
