PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter for a fluid dispenser which can be economically manufactured and is disposable, by receiving a signal when a fluid is dosed, calculating the possible number of dosages for the quantity of the fluid remaining in a vessel, and installing a microelectronic means to display the calculation result when the prescribed number of dosages remaining in the vessel is to be confirmed. SOLUTION: An aerosol vessel 16 is built in a one end open hollow tube 12 to constitute a dose metering type inhaler 10, and a device 30 having a microelectronic means to calculate the number of dosages remaining in the vessel 16 and to display a calculation result when whether a prescribed number of dosages remains in the vessel 16 is to be confirmed is mounted. The device 30 is a tubular housing 50 and has a tubular main body 56 to connect first and second end parts 52 and 54. A light emitting diode 48, application orienting integrated circuit 36, etc., are mounted on a PC board 34, and a switch 42 is closed to start count down every time a patient presses the vessel 16 for a dosage and the diode 48 is flashed when it comes to a prescribed remaining number. |
