PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the crack (broken track) occurring in a transparent protecting layer in a transparent thermally sensitive recording medium having the protecting layer, not accompanied by subsidiary problems. SOLUTION: On a transparent carrier comprising an aromatic hydrocarbon, a fatty acid ester or their mixture, a thermally sensitive recording layer mainly comprising an electron-donative coloring compound, an electron-accepting compound and a binding resin is formed. In addition, the crack occurred in the thermally sensitive recording medium having a protecting layer having the same refractive index as that of this thermally sensitive recording layer is deleted with this kink correction solution. |
