A super migration polyester is produced by combining terephthalic acid with a sulfate group compounds in such method that a sulfate group compound with the changeable polyester is added at the end of the ester reaction process, or at the end of the polymerization process or branding it to the changeable polyester chip. The content of sulfate group compound is 0.1-10wt% of the changeable polyester, hopefully 0.2-3wet%.
