PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain the subject molded product improved in releasability from a mold, exhibiting large effects on the reduction in transportation cost, storage cost, etc., by pressmolding preliminarlly granulated carbon black. SOLUTION: Carbon black preliminarily granulated by a wet granulation method, a dry granulation method, an oil-adding granulation method, etc., and having an average granule diameter of 1μm-5mm is press-molded to obtain the molded product preferably having a density of 0.4-1.2g/cc. Concretely, e.g. carbon black powder is granulated with a rolling type granulation device, a spray (dry) type granulation device, an extrusion type granulation device, etc., and subsequently press-molded with a press-molding machine such as a hydraulic mechanical press machine using a stainless steel mold, etc.
