This invention relates to a novel biopesticidal composition comprising B. thuringiensis crystal protein or spores or mixtures thereof as the active insecticidal ingredients; a polymer; and an inorganic light blocking agent wherein the light blocking agent protects the active ingredient from both ultraviolet light and sunlight and the polymer forms a matrix in which the active ingredient and light blocking agent are dispersed therein. The invention also relates to a process for making and a method of using said biopesticidal composition.
