The microcomputer protecting circuit of the present invention is comprised of the structure, wherein a controlling part(8) is provided with a signal from a toggling part(7), after a predetermined time( Ót3), outputting a low electric potential in a reset terminal(RE') of the microcomputer(4) during a predetermined time( Ót1) upon a lamp(5) being driven to postpone a reset, then outputting high electric potential, subsequently outputting power on and off scan pulse in a power local key(4A) of the microcomputer. Therefore, since the microcomputer(4) operates normally in state where a predetermined time lapsed, even in case that the power supply terminal voltage(VDD) is changed due to driving of the lamp(5), the microcomputer(4) remains in state of reset, thereby being unaffected.
