Centrifugal fan for automotive applications

The fan (1) includes a casing (2) with a spiral shape (3) and housing a turbine (4) actuated by an electrical motor (5). Air is sucked inside by turbine rotation and evacuated through an outlet (7) placed at the extremity (8) of the casing. Close to the casing extremity, a recess (10) is provided for housing the control module (11) of the motor. The module includes a pcb (12) with a number of electronic components and a heat sink (16).
