FIELD: hydrometallurgy of precious metals. SUBSTANCE: line comprises, installed in process direction and interconnected by transportation means, disintegration and disintegrated products' sorting unit, sand fraction cyanidation unit, and sand filtrationless processing unit. According to invention, line is also provided with gravity-type unit located after sand filtrationless processing unit and with a unit for intense cyanidation of cleaned-up sand concentrate installed in the end of line. Disintegration and disintegrated products' sorting unit is connected through cyanidation unit with sand filtrationless processing unit into closed circuit using solid and liquid phase transportation means. Accordingly, sand filtrationless processing unit is connected, by means of sand transportation means, with gravity-type unit, which is connected through concentrate transportation means with intense cyanidation unit, and the latter, in turn, is connected with disintegration and disintegrated products' sorting unit by means of cyanidation cakes' transportation means. EFFECT: reduced loss of gold with reject sands. |
