FIELD: plastic working of metals, in particular, production of small cross-section merchant bent bars. SUBSTANCE: unit has unwinder, pulling rollers, cutter and mill with roughing, intermediate and finishing two-high mill stands. Cutter is formed as drum-type shears with drums of different diameters. Drums are kinematically connected with pulling rollers. Diameters of drums and roller barrels are selected such that they have equal peripheral speeds. Stand has chain drive for lower rolls cantilevered in supporting chocks and upper rolls of two first and two terminating stands. Upper chocks of second and penultimate stands are provided with bracket for accommodation of tightening toothed gears. One of intermediate stands has two brackets positioned on upper supporting chock. EFFECT: reduced production cost and improved quality of product. 1 dwg |
