摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotation fluctuation detecting device preventing high frequency noise from being included in data in accordance with the position or the speed of a rotating member and detecting fluctuation in rotation with high accuracy by providing a means outputting a counted value in accordance with the speed of a moving member and calculating the speed fluctuation. SOLUTION: A 1st signal generation circuit 37 outputs an inputted encoder pulse to a frequency divider circuit 33 through a D-F/F32, and the circuit 33 frequency demultiplexes the encoder pulse at specified frequency division ratio (1:n'). By detecting the leading edge of the frequency division pulse and outputting a clear signal through the D-F/Fs 34 and 35 and a NAND circuit 36, a counter 38 is cleared. A 2nd signal generation circuit 41 detects the leading edge of the sample pulse and outputs an interruption requiring signal to the CPU 42, and a counted value output signal is given to the D-F/F 39 so that the stored counted value may be outputted to the CPU 32.
