The tailgate (1) is attached to the bodywork (3) by at least one hinge. It includes a lock (4), formed by at least one closing cylinder (5) and closing shackle (6). The cylinder is connected to the tailgate and the shackle to the bodywork. The cylinder and shackle, when the tailgate is closed, clip into each other. The cylinder and/or the shackle are decoupled for vibration purposes from the tailgate and/or the bodywork by at least one decoupling element (7).
