The boiler memory device which is comprised of a key input part(B) for inputting each function such as nonstop, heating, repeat timer, going out, rapid hot water to a memory by means of an one-touch switch, an indoor piping freezing preventing part(C) and a function display(D) on which the selected content of the functions is displayed. The control function and memory device of the boiler includes a power supply and back-up function part, whereby power supply voltage is charged via a diode(D1) to an electrolytic capacitor(C7), after a power failure the function contents stored in a function control integrated circuit(IC1) are delayed as much as charged in the electrolytic capacitor(C7), and after the voltage charged to the electrolytic capacitor(C7) is fully discharged, the going-out function is restored.
