摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lowering of fusion quality even if there is irregularity in a resistance value by allowing a heating element to generate heat by a mode applying constant voltage to the heating element and a mode supplying a constant current to the heating element. SOLUTION: The operation conditions of an electric fusing apparatus are set to a constant voltage control part 17, a constant current control part 18 and a mode changeover control part 19 by an operation condition setting part 25. In such a case that a heating wire 10 is allowed to generate heat in a constant voltage control mode, when the resistance value of the heating wire 10 is larger than a plan value by irregularity, heat value is reduced as compared with the optimum value and, when the resistance value is smaller than the plan value, heat value is increased as compared with the optimum value. In a case generating heat in a constant current control mode, the reverse result is obtained. Therefore, by performing control so as to equalize the total powers supplied to the heating wire 10 in the constant current control mode and the constant voltage control mode by together using both modes, the error of the total powers can be minimized and the error form the current supply completion optimum temp. of a joint can be reduced.</p>
