PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a white color polyester film having a specific whiteness degree, excellent in color tone and masking property, capable of inexpensively producing and suitable for a magnetic card and a covering layer for beverage cans, etc., containing titanium dioxide of anatase type and rutile type at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This white color film is a polyester film containing (A) anatase type titanium dioxide and (B) rutile type titanium dioxide at a weight ratio of (A/B) OF (1/9)-(9/1) and whiteness degree of the film is made to >=80. Preferably, titanium dioxide having 0.15-0.40μm average particle diameter is used and contained in the film in a total amount of the components A and B of 1-25wt.% based on the film and specific gravity of the white color film is kept at <=1.1. |
