<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a vacuum heat insulating panel to the wall surface of an electric refrigerator and easily correct the fixing position of the vacuum heat insulating panel by fixing the vacuum adiabatic panel to a heat insulating wall surface through pressure sensitive adhesive agent. SOLUTION: In an electric refrigerator in which a vacuum heat insulating panel 1 is mounted on a cold-reserving heat-insulating wall surface 13, the vacuum heat insulating panel 1 is provided with a sealing bag 4 formed by thermally sticking four peripheral edges of two heat adhesive synthetic resin sheets 2 and 3, and adiabatic material P is vacuum-filled in the bag 4. Also a pressure sensitive adhesive agent layer 5 is formed on the surface of one sheet 2, and a separating material 6 is laminated on it. Then, when the vacuum heat insulating panel 1 is fixed to the cold insulated heat insulating wall surface 13 of the refrigerator, first the separating material 6 is removed, the pressure sensitive adhesive agent layer 5 is pressed against the wall surface 13 at a specified position, and the panel 1 is fixed to the wall surface 13 by sticking. Second, hard urethane foam material is filled and foamed in a clearance between the wall surfaces 13 and 14 so as to fill out the clearance with foaming body 15.</p> |
