PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a gas supply system usually related to gas injection molding. SOLUTION: Inert gas is injected into a plastic charged article formed from plastic pellets 46 through the channel 72 of a screw 40 within the extruder barrel 32 of a gas support injection molding apparatus and the changed article composed of gas bubble-containing molten plastic is injected into a mold cavity 22. In other example, gas is injected into the central part of the plastic charged article through the probe arranged to the wall of the extruder barrel 32 in a draw-back system. |
