The screw has a screw head (2) which is connected to an unthreaded shaft section (4). A stop in the form of a collar (5) is arranged in this section in order to support a sheet metal component which covers the panel. The component has an opening which allows the screw to be inserted, and whose diameter is roughly equal to that of the unthreaded section. The collar only partly encircles the shaft section, and has an inclined ramp (6) at one end. A gap (E) for the edge of the opening of the component, is left free between the ramp and the other end of the collar. The ramp approaches the surface of the shaft section in the region of the gap. |
