When the device selects background/text video input key and audio input key on operation panel(12) at the same time, the audio signal is inputted to the encoder(26) from an audio source(14) through an audio signal processing part(20) by control of the control part(10), and also background/text video signal is outputted from background/text video source(16) by the control part(10) and switching part(22) selects background/text video source(18). Therefore, synchronous signal from synchronous signal generating part(24), audio signal and background/text video signal are inputted to encoder(26) and those correspond to starting point of all music on program region or TOC region of relevant CDG disk.
