Magneto-optical disc device accesses the character ROM(24) according to the operation of Korean and English input control key of operation panel(4), and reads the code data of the relevant character and outputs it to drive a driving part(2) to display relevant character to display part(30), and also saves it in UTOC region blank among TOC region(18A) of memory part(18). In case the replaying mode is set up to operation panel(4), the device accesses the address of UTOC region of which track title is recorded and read to output title data, and then researches character ROM(24) and converts track title data to character value, next impresses it to display driving part(20), which displays relevant character to displaying part(22).
