FIELD: processing of polymer materials; applicable in manufacture of flat and profile sheets and for manufacture of long rubber products. SUBSTANCE: the distinguishing features of the method cover heating of processed material up to temperature of its vulcanization by its mixing in working members of extruder by increasing their speed with reduced heat removal from them by simultaneous reduction of time of material heating. Accurate maintenance of vulcanization temperature is carried out by final heating of material by 5-20 C in mechanism of dissipative heating by material temperature in forming die. Pressure required for pressing of material through finely dividing means is built up concurrently with its loading by maintaining low temperature -50-120 C of material at inlet part of extruder worm by pumping the coolant heated up to 40-90 C at the rate of 0.4-0.76 m/s. The device for embodiment of the offered method has loading roller provided with regulated drive controlled by automatic system operating with temperature-sensitive element installed in forming die. Loading roller mounted with coaxial clearance in body having loading slot and pivoted wall with drive for regulation of coaxial clearance. Extruder heating and mixing zone located before finely dividing means is changeable, where worm and sleeve have many screw flights located by zones. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
