FIELD: optical instrumentation, optical measurements, measurement of curvature radii of polished spherical surfaces by contactless method under automatic mode. SUBSTANCE: spherometer includes light source, condenser, collimator, opaque screen, tested part, system of photodetectors, information processing unit, digit printing unit and indication unit. In agreement with invention lens of collimator is manufactured in the form of spherical mirror, measuring unit is fabricated as one block of prisms composed of long rhomb prism to which rectangular prism is bonded. Bonding face has semitransparent coat. Two narrow parallel slots are cut in output face in mirror coat and photodetectors are cemented to their plane. There are two such units which are positioned in symmetry to optical axis of collimator. Light source is located between blocks of prisms and lens is placed in upper part. EFFECT: enhanced operational stability of spherometer, increased measurement accuracy, diminished dimensions and exclusion of mobile parts. 1 cl, 4 dwg |
