<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connection of a water-cooled cable, which is small-sized and has enough flexibility and realizes electric connection and sealing of water each favorably and is easy of work execution on the field and does not cost much. SOLUTION: In this connection, the end of a water-cooled cable 1 to be connected is stripped in tiers, and the inner core 3 is set between a connecting metal fitting body 6 and a connecting sealing tool 8 screwed freely of mounting and removal inside, and the contact part is sealed watertightly by an O ring 10. Moreover, the end of a stranded conductor 4 is inserted under the end of the connecting metal fitting body 6, and is fixed by soldering. Furthermore, an insulating processing layer 11 is made, astride the cable sheathes on both sides, around such connecting metal fitting body 6.</p> |
