PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information such as commercial information, which is not directly requested from a user, by performing down load request regardless of an operation during communication line connection and fetching down load data. SOLUTION: When there is a margin on a line while an operation A for a request B of down load from the user is not performed, a domestic system 1 automatically requests the down load of back information H to the host computer of network service center 2 (D). Corresponding to this request, the host computer selects the back information correspondent to that user and down loads it in the domestic system 1 (H). The down-loaded back information is fetched into a storage part (E) and that down-loaded back information is synthesized with the image of front information or a video signal from AV equipment, for example, on a screen (F). Then, that image is outputted (G) from the monitor or singly displayed on the monitor corresponding to the operation of user. |
