摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the stability of torque control in a stationary area. SOLUTION: In a transient area, a 1st torque control circuit 6 outputs a throttle opening extent referenceθref to a throttle control circuit 7 through a switch 15a according to the deviation Te between a reference value Tref from a torque reference output circuit 4 and a feedback value Tfb from a torque detector 3. Consequently, the torque of an engine 2 with which an electric motor is coupled directly can be controlled in high cycles. Then an operation state deciding circuit 12 decides that the stationary area is entered from the reference value Tref and an averaged feedback value TFB. Then a switching control circuit 14 switches a switch which turns on from 15a to 15b. Consequently, the throttle opening extent referenceθref from a 2nd torque control circuit 17 is outputted to the throttle control circuit 7 through a switch 15b and the torque is controlled in low cycles.
