摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which is used for a control device to control an object, to be driven; such as an automatic door or the like, whose structure is simple and which is suitable for automating a position detection to control the object to be driven. SOLUTION: An apparatus is constituted of a resistor 11, of two contact sliders P1 , P2 , of a rotor 13 and of a moving-contact-slider selection means 12. In this case, the resistor 11 is provided with an effective region corresponding to one times or higher of the movement stroke length of an object 2 to be driven and with a dead region 14. The rotor 13 can be connected mechanically to a drive part 3 so as to be turned according to the output amount of the drive part 3 which drives the object 2 to be driven. The moving-contact-slider selection means 12 selects the moving slider contact whose moving distance up to the dead region 14 is long due to the movement of the object 2 to be driven when both of the two moving slider contacts P1 , P2 are situated in the effective region of the resistor 11, it selects the other moving slider, contact when the moving slider contact reaches a position near the dead region 14, and it selects one out of the two moving slider contacts when the moving slider contact is situated in the effective region of the resistor 11.
